apparent, and so do the critical points that you

during your interview. The results of the simulation will
guide your training.

During this stage of your training, you learn
methods and techniques which allow you to quickly build a positive
relationship with your interviewer. The training is grounded in decades
of social psychology research. We teach you easy-to-learn
concepts which enable you to establish rapport with
anyone, from the
ice-cold grizzled veteran HR person, to your life-long best friend.
· The ReadyNow™ Game Plan.
Now that you know
how
to show your interviewer that you are a likable, positive addition to a
workplace, you'll need to learn exactly
what message you
must communicate. Your Insight coach will work with you to
outline the crucial points on which you should focus your answers ...
and the topics and messages to get away from at all costs.
· The ReadyNow™ Training Interview.
Now that you've learned the
ReadyNow™ method, you're
ready to put your new skills to work during the training interview.
As the training interview progresses, you'll quickly
understand just how far you've come as an interviewer.
Insight clients are usually very surprised by their
newly-developed interviewing prowess. Nevertheless, your
Insight coach analyzes your training interview performance, and
determines the important improvements you still must make before you
are a total interview master.

The ReadyNow™ Skills Consultation.
Finally, your Insight coach walks you through your training
interview performance, and addressed any holes in your preparation.
After your this stage, if you don't feel completely confident
that you'll be ready to take control of your next interview and land
the job, you're welcome to a second training interview and skills
consultation.
